We were supposed to stay at the red tent suite 23 in Istanbul for 11 days but we left after 3 days, we cancelled the booking at red tent suite, owner did not want to refund us, very rude staff, nothing worked, no remote for aircon and tv, aircon did not work so very hot in the room ! no sleeping material, we had to sleep under a sheet ! elevator did not work, very bad and dirty and filthy hotel !! bad smelling place, very bad and rude staff, spoke hardly any English, toilet did not work, shower stopped working during shower, no Wifi, other people/guest were bitten by bed bugs so full of swollen body parts !!! so we, me and my 11 year old son left as soon as possible and went to another hotel because we did not like it all. owner did not want to refund so still busy with Agoda booking company to be refunded, I had to pay additional cost for another hotel which costed me 385.- Euro EXTRA MONEY !!! Agoda does not take their responsibility to refund me which should be done since I booked and paid to and through Agoda Company and paid my money to them and not to the hotel !!!
Then you offer me 62 .- euro cash back for Agoda cash which I don't want and need since I want to be refunded my EURO MONEY and not Agoda cash since I will NEVER use Agoda ever again, this is a form of stealing from customers !!
I will never use and book with Agoda anymore in the future and use another booking website, this is just ridiculous how you treat customers, I will not be your customer anymore in the future and use another way of booking !!!!
